Watch the video from any recorded set to check your athlete's technique, bar path, and movement quality after each lift.
Every set captured by a Perch camera is automatically recorded and saved to that set. You can play the video back later from either the web app or the tablet.
Playback requirements:
- The set is recorded on a P2 camera
- You have the correct Perch tier:
- Pro - Set video playback available indefinitely
- Core / Core+ - Set video playback available for 24 hours
- Perch One - Not Available
On the Web App
Set videos are found on the Set Summary page under the Technique tab.
- Open a Set Summary by clicking a set from an athlete's profile, a session's details, or a report.
- Select the Technique tab (shown with a camera icon, next to Overview).
- The set video plays next to the bar path plot. Use the player controls to play/pause, scrub, adjust volume, change playback speed, and go full screen. The video loops automatically.
On the Tablet
The set video appears at the top of the Set Summary
- Open a set's Set Summary either straight after completing a set, or by opening a past set from exercise history or workout history.
- The video is shown at the top of the set review and starts playing automatically
- Use the on-screen controls to play/pause, scrub, and go full screen.
