The Perch Personal Best report lets you quickly see your athletes' best lifts across different intensities and timeframes. You can see your athletes' personal bests for a range of metrics.
This report has two distinct views: Rep view and % 1RM view. Views can be toggled via the view filter.
Rep View
The Rep View allows you to see your best set within the selected time frame for any metric based on set volume.
- The personal best of the selected metric and the associated %1RM will be displayed for each rep volume.
- The %1RM displayed will be calculated using the athlete's current one rep max.
- Untracked sets are excluded from this report.
- Missing rep columns indicate that no athletes completed a set for that number of reps.
%1RM View
The % 1RM view allows you to see your athletes' personal best lifts for any metric within specific intensity bands.
- Intensity bands are grouped into 5% buckets.
- % 1RM values are calculated via the athletes' assigned 1RM at the time of the set, which will depend on the 1RM setting - find out more about that here.
- Bands are defined as values greater than or equal to the lower limit and less than the upper limit e.g. 15-19% is >=15% and <20%.
- Missing intensity bands indicate there are no sets recorded in this intensity range.
There are two important filters within this report. The Rep/Set filter and the Intensity filter.
- Use the Rep filter to filter between the Best rep or the best Set avg of your athletes.
-
The Best Rep filter displays each athlete’s top individual repetition within the given rep number or intensity.
-
The Set Avg filter displays each athlete’s best overall set within the given rep number/intensity.
-
- Use the Intensity filter to filter the data shown in the report by chosen intensities. You have the option to filter intensity by % of 1RM lifted (%) or by weight lifted (lbs/kg).
- Filter by a range (min-max).
- Filter by a minimum (>min).
- Filter by a maximum (<max).
