Programs vs Workouts
- The Print Program feature provides a macro view of your week, showing three workouts per page. This prints the standard version exactly as it appears on the plan.
The Print Workout feature allows you to generate a single workout per page. You can choose to print a standard version exactly as it appears on the plan, or an individualized version tailored to specific users, teams, or positions. The individualized version will display personalized details, including %1RMs, suggested weights, and dynamic goals.
